Delivery Policy

At EspressoYou, we strive to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience for all our customers. We offer delivery services throughout Cyprus, including both urban and rural areas, from our store located in Limassol.

1. Delivery Areas

We provide delivery to all areas within Cyprus, including but not limited to:

  • Limassol
  • Nicosia
  • Larnaca
  • Paphos
  • Ayia Napa
  • Paralimni

If your location is outside the standard delivery areas, please contact us to confirm availability.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Local Deliveries (Limassol area): Orders placed before 2 PM will be delivered on the same day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the following business day.
  • Nationwide Deliveries: Orders placed before 12 PM (Monday to Friday) will typically be delivered within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed the next business day.

Please note that deliveries will be processed with Travell Express or ACS. In case of peak periods, holidays, or due to weather conditions your delivery may take longer.

3. Delivery Costs

  • Local (Limassol area) delivery: Free shipping for orders more than €30.
  • Nationwide delivery: Free shipping for orders more than €50.

We work with trusted delivery partners to offer affordable and reliable shipping.

4. Order Processing

All orders are processed during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Orders made after business hours, on weekends, or during public holidays, will be processed the next working day.

5. Packaging

We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. All products are securely wrapped and packed to prevent damage during transit.
